Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and billing functions
Perform data entry and support daily accounting operations
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records
Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliations
Manage deposits, including deposit machine processing
Communicate with internal teams and medical offices on billing and payment matters
Help ensure proper contact routing for financial and billing inquiries
Qualifications:
Entry-level accounting knowledge (college coursework or 5 years of experience)
Experience with QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Adaptable with a willingness to learn
AP or billing experience preferred
Work Environment:
In-office position
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
