We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee our custodial operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in commercial settings. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively while maintaining exceptional service quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain accurate written records, work schedule, timesheets, inspections, and employee training.
- Maintain inventory control of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversees, monitors and ensures all accounts have the necessary equipment, logbooks, and supplies.
- Reports broken equipment to the Main Office.
- Responds to calls and emergency situations immediately.
- Trains new employees as needed.
- Oversees building / account inspections.
- Covers and cleans when needed.
- Working knowledge of floor machines. But we can train
- Other duties as assigned.
Some of the minimum qualification requirements
- Fluent in English. Spanish is plus
- A valid (Clean) US driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the US
- Detail-oriented.
