This role is vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our custom-engineered magnetic products for military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.
Responsibilities include responding to customer questions, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Bachelors Degree required; technical background or training preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product information.
