Position Overview
Integrated Logistics Services (ILSMD) is seeking a dependable Stock Clerk to support warehouse and inventory operations at Grissom. The Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing materials, supplies, and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.
This position supports daily warehouse operations and may also assist with basic clerical duties, visitor reception, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
- Issue stock and fulfill supply requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Organize materials in warehouse bins, shelves, or storage areas
- Prepare reports related to inventory adjustments or damaged goods
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided)
- Assist with general clerical tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Provide basic visitor assistance and answer incoming calls when needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
Requirements
- Active SECRET security clearance required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related warehouse or stockroom experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory databases or warehouse management systems
- Experience with receiving and supply procedures
- Forklift experience (training provided if needed)
Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse environment with possible exposure to varying temperatures. Moderate noise levels may be present.

Pay: $22.00 - $22.35 per hour
