Integrated Life Choices (ILC) seeks a Residential Manager to join our growing team in Lincoln, Nebraska. We're seeking an energetic individual who can multi-task and manage direct support professional staff in a group home setting. This position is responsible for ensuring all necessary support is provided in order to fulfill ILC’s promise: 'To support people in living a fulfilling life.'
Responsibilities:
• Training, scheduling, and supervising direct support professionals
• Ensuring residential staffing levels meet requirements
• Ensuring objectives and training support programs are implemented properly
• Ensuring documentation such as MARS, daily logs, and incident reports are completed in a timely manner
• Attending meetings with guardians and service coordinators
• Producing a variety of reports
• Ensuring state and federal regulations are met
Residential Managers also rotate on-call responsibilities and are expected to work direct support professional hours as a working supervisor.

Qualified applicants will:
• B.A. or B.S. in a related Human Service field or two or more years of related experience working with Developmental Disabled individuals OR a combination of education and experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Be a minimum of 19 years of age
• Be able to successfully complete and pass all background checks including DMV, Nebraska Adult and Child Protective Services Central Registry, criminal checks, and references.
