What will you be doing:
- Prints Health Plan claims and supporting documentation from Brightree and MedTrac. Including “on-hold” claims.
- Verifies claim accuracy on all required fields.
- Verifies all supporting documentation (invoice, LOA, POD, etc.) matches the items billed on claim.
- Scans claim and supporting documentation into a designated shared file.
- Mailes out claim and supporting documentation to appropriate health plan.
- Sort and distribute department mail daily.
- Additional projects.
