Engineer Biomed III- (FT-Days)

Salary Range: 31.29 To 46.93 (USD) Hourly

 Performs maintenance and repairs on life support and general medical equipment. Controls maintenance costs. Insures patient and staff safety. Requirements:1.    Minimum 8 years of biomedical equipment maintenance experience, with 3 years of in hospital experience. 2.    AA or AS degree in Biomedical Instrumentation or Electronics, or equivalent experience. 3.   Possess extensive knowledge and able to perform equipment maintenance and repairs, on medical equipment. 4.    Capable of working unsupervised and can take ownership of tasks and projects. 5.    Capable of lifting 50lbs from the floor and 25lbs over head, standing for 2 hours, walking for 1 hour and sitting for 1 hour. 6.    Capable of reading, writing and speaking fluent English. 7.    Workplace Violence Prevention within 90 days of hire.Benefits:     Medical, dental and vision coverage is provided for all full time and part time employees*     Medical is 100% employer paid including dependents*     Basic Life and AD&D     401k plan with company match     Generous PTO plan*     Pet Insurance Discount Program*     Employee Discount Program* *per diem staff ineligible
