Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Integrated Health of Southern Illinois - This position will split time between our Carterville and Harrisburg offices
Hours of Availability: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with patient hours between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00 an hour
Position Summary:
We’re not your typical outpatient clinic. At Integrated Health of Southern Illinois, we focus on whole-body wellness and are preparing to launch regenerative medicine services. We’re searching for a high-energy, efficient, and personable PTA who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on optimal performance and total health.
You’ll work alongside top-tier Physical Therapists who provide mentorship and encourage autonomy. Our caseload includes orthopedic, sports, spine, vestibular, and neurological patients. This is an opportunity to truly make an impact and grow your career.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision and guidance of licensed PTs
- Monitor and document progress toward functional, measurable goals
- Build strong, supportive relationships with patients
- Maintain professional boundaries and comply with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
- Deliver excellent service that reflects the values of Integrated Health
- Communicate with PTs to ensure optimal, coordinated patient care
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other in-house providers for holistic care plans
- Help drive results aligned with clinic growth and optimal outcomes
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current state PTA license or certification
- Competency in therapeutic principles, treatment techniques, and equipment
- Previous outpatient PTA experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Commitment to the APTA Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
Salary : $28 - $35
