Overview
We are seeking an HR Manager to become a part of our dynamic gastroenterology office. Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants is a practice with 13 Physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Physician Assistants and 1 Physical Therapists in addition to 85 support staff in 2 locations. Qualified candidates would be responsible for managing the HR responsibilities for the organization along with assisting the practice manager in day to day running of this busy medical practice with multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain the office handbook, policies and procedures.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, correction actions and/or other issues
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
- Previous experience in Medical office management
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of Massachusetts labor and employment laws
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
- Knowledge in the medical field including medical terminology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with conflict resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
