What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistician II position at Integrated Finance & Accounting Solutions (IFAS)?
Job Description
The contractor shall provide support to PMS 401 in all aspect of submarine electronics troubleshooting to include techniques and training required for diagnostic testing and reliable, quality repairs on complex circuit card assembly (CCA) and other electronic modules and assess repairability of SONAR electronics assemblies and circuit cards; based on component complexity, availability of technical data and shore facility capability and equipment. The Miniature Microminiature Module Test & Repair (2M/MTR) analyst shall support efforts of electronic testing and repair at the organizational (O) and intermediate (I), and Navy Shipyard (D) levels. The 2M/MTR will be involved in the screening of new and existing circuit cards for validation/acceptance for repair and certification as Ready For Use (RFI). The 2M/MTR will also work with ISEAs to collect metrics and data to support development of organic and commercial depots. Assist the ISEAs in executing the depot standup checklist in accordance with NAVSUP requirements. Investigate trends in electronics testing and survey Navy facilities to improve existing repair capabilities at IMAs, shipyards and ISEAs. Induct circuit cards into the 2M/MTR program. Assist in reprovisioning systems to properly identify electronics maintenance philosophies. Duties will support PMS 401 with maintaining relationships with fleet Modular Screening and Repair Activity (MSRA) systems, maintain involvement in their efforts, and perform related work as required to assist management in accomplishing objectives.
Minimum Requirements
This will be Hybrid schedule and will only require working onsite 1 day a month.

Minimum Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in Miniature Electronic Repair and Microminiature Repair to include repair of single and double sided CCA’s.
- 3 years familiarity utilizing the Gold/Silver Disk Test routine to verify and/or compare advanced circuits
- 3 Years of experience utilizing specialized tools for CCA and Electronic Modules (EM) repairs to include advanced soldering techniques.
- Ability to analyze Navy drawings, especially electronic circuit schematics.
- Experience using electronic test equipment to include oscilloscopes, multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, ammeters, and meggers, COTS and custom.
- Understanding in the utilization of the Module Test Repair System or Module Repair Test Application to track test, work, and repairs performed.
- Qualification and/or advanced level training in Microminiature Electronic repair
- Familiarity of the Navy Supply system to include, Allowance parts Lists (APL) and provisioning.
- Basic familiarity of NAVSEA submarine program offices.
- Moderate understanding in the capabilities and limitations of the submarine communities 2M/MTR capable sites to include Hawaii and Groton CT.
- Moderate level expertise with MS Word particularly Power Point and Excel.
- Moderate level expertise with sharing, organizing, and storing information via Share Point.
- Must have at a minimum Active Interim Secret Security Clearance
- Prior active-duty tour at a MSRA location or other 2M/MTR shop.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Operational experience on multiple submarine classes
