General Cleaner - 5 days per week

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team for a consistent schedule of five days per week. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established protocols
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times during cleaning activities
• Ensure all assigned areas are kept organized and well-maintained throughout the shift

Skills

• Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning environment
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
