Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure trash bins are emptied regularly and waste is disposed of properly in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and fixtures to uphold a bright and inviting environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent slips, trips, or other hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the management team for quick resolution
- Adhere to company policies on cleaning procedures and environmental sustainability practices
Experience
- No formal cleaning experience necessary; training will be provided to ensure confidence in performing duties effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for spotting areas that need extra care
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably during shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently
