Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on all building systems and related equipment.
Repairing basic plumbing, electrical, fire protection and mechanical equipment.
Maintaining maintenance logs and work orders.
Basic troubleshooting on building automated equipment and control systems.
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years experience in a similiar role required.
HVAC troubleshooting experience in a commercial facility.
Certifications required
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Professional Appearance. UNIFORMS PROVIDED!
Monday - Friday work week. 40 hour work week with possibility of overtime. No On-Call Requirement.
