Now Hiring: Part-Time Site Managers
We’re seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our ʻohana as Part-Time Site Managers. This role is perfect for leaders who enjoy guiding teams, supporting daily operations, and ensuring that each property operates safely, efficiently, and with exceptional service quality.
Position Overview
Employment Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend shifts based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with daily operations at assigned sites
- Perform light maintenance or minor repairs as needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant or client concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards
- Represent IFSH during inspections, meetings, and site visits
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Assist with budgeting and cost control to maintain efficiency
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate effectively among staff, clients, and management teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
- Background in property, facility, or maintenance management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or similar software)
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or operations support
- Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or custodial operations
