Job Description
The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical, parts, sales and service support for Integrated Equipment Group’s sales and service teams. This is a full-time position and overtime may be required periodically to ensure projects are completed on time. IEG represents the TCI, Keestrack, Eggersmann, Deister, Derrick, METSO, McLanahan, GPM, Stedman, RockShield, Sci Tronics, and many other lines of equipment throughout Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Florida. This position may occasionally require travel but will primarily be based out of our Princeton or Oswego IL locations. This position may require customer engagement and professional communication skills are required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the IEG parts sales, equipment sales, and service teams in quoting their customers and tracking/communicating all aspects of the sale
- Help schedule field service calls and track associated costs
- Track and manage all aspects of sales in IEG’s CRM system- NetSuite
- Work with Aggregate OEMs to track IEG’s orders and timely delivery of parts and equipment.
- Lead IEG’s CRM initiatives and training
- Oversee deliveries at the IEG warehouse to include offloading/signing for orders as they arrive (this may require you to lift up to 100 lbs.)
- Ability to operate a forklift, telehandler, or stock equipment may be required
- Assist in acquiring and setting up new vendors
- Occasional travel may be required to help with parts deliveries, aggregate conferences, vendor appointments, or to other IEG locations
- Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Requires strong product knowledge and/or willingness to learn and understand the operations of IEG
- Possess the necessary problem-solving skills to meet the needs of our customers
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Ability to work overtime when required to meet the needs of our customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines, ability to work with minimal supervision
Compensation Package
- Compensation is hourly and based on experience

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
