Digital Content Specialist

Job Summary:

Deliver a great customer experience by creating engaging content across a diverse range of platforms. Ensure every content piece drives our marketing objectives and is consistent with our brand guide standards. Additionally, contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement by learning and applying lean principles, always exhibiting honesty, and respecting other people at all times.

Responsibilities and essential duties:

• Conceptualize and create engaging and compelling content across a wide range of platforms and media, including but not limited to video, photography, and graphic design.


• Ensure that each content piece meets company brand and tone guidelines, fits with the strategy for that outlet, and satisfies the creative brief.


• Participate and assist with group efforts as required for various shoots.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while delivering high-quality work


• Keep all physical and digital materials properly stored and organized at all times (5S)


• Research industry trends and competitor content to stay cutting edge and identify opportunities for differentiation.


• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide creative insights, and present creative concepts for review


• Operate all company equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner at all times.


• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work area at all times, including clearly labeled and standard locations for all tools and equipment (5S).


• Engage in continuous improvement activities for products and processes.


• Other duties as assigned

Preferred skills and competencies:

• Skilled in Strobe Light Photography


• Skilled in all aspects of Video Production


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required


• 1-3 years of experience in media creation within a professional marketing environment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus


• Experience with Shopify is preferred but not required
