In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Organize, prioritize, and direct a team of associates purifying oligonucleotides
- Assist with associate training, evaluations, performance management, and development
- Communicate with management and associates to advocate for associate concerns and help ensure management directives are carried out
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience such as two years of expertise
- 12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions
- Understanding of the full value stream
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Using continuous improvement tools
- Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, PowerBi, SAP
