Open Role: Structural Engineer
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
Job Type: Full Time, M-F 8am - 5pm PT
Location: On-site, Downtown/Belltown Seattle
About The Role
Integrated Design Engineers (idE) is seeking a sharp-minded, creative, and committed Structural Engineer to join our Seattle office. In this role, you will be responsible for structural design efforts across various projects and industries. You will collaborate closely with clients, and other cross-functional parties to ensure the success of each project.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the structural design and configuration of projects
• Perform detailed analysis
• Develop plans, specifications, and calculations as needed
• Provide on-site support
• Write detailed reports
• Work closely with other disciplines (architects, engineers, etc.)
• Develop models
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET school or equivalent (emphasis in structural engineering)
• 3 years of experience in structural engineering
• Experience in steel, concrete, and other building materials
• Self-motivated
• Effective communication skills & fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships
