Clinic Manager Job Description
Our Clinic Managers coordinate the daily operations of our outpatient clinics such as: coordinating schedules and work for providers and staff; medical records, customer service and accounts receivable. This is an in office position at our office in Albertville, AL.

Clinic Manager Responsibilities
- Train, supervise and assist front office staff and medical assistants in the performance of their daily tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between practice providers, office staff and patients
- Oversee and complete front office duties such as scheduling, invoicing and statements, payments, staffing, and other administrative tasks.
Clinic Manager Position Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, medical office management, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a front office role of a medical practice, including scheduling, patient registration, referrals, and medical records.
- at least 2 years experience supervising a team, including training, coaching, scheduling and counseling clinical support staff
- Understanding of medical billing collections, accounts receivable, and revenue-cycle process
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency with handling multiple projects & tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and electronic medical records systems.
