What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Intern position at Integral?
Overview
Integral Federal is seeking a Summer 2026 Finance Intern to support the Program Control and Pricing Department. In this role, you will learn how financial analysts act as business advisors to other functional areas, develop proficiency with planning and accounting systems, assist with reporting and data analysis, and document critical finance processes.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter looking to learn and expand his or her knowledge in finance and/or related fields.
This role will be located in the company’s Tysons Corner location, Monday-Thursday, with Friday being a telework day.
Responsibilities
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Management at an accredited college/university.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound data-driven analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
Required:
- Familiarity with financial statement & business case analysis
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Access, and PowerPoint
