About Us
Integral Psychological Services is a dynamic and compassionate mental health practice committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. We serve a diverse population across West Michigan and are currently seeking a licensed or limited licensed Child Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to provide services both in-person (Muskegon) and via telehealth.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD. The role focuses on providing therapeutic services, not diagnostic or clinical assessments. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to shape your schedule, work setting, and clinical focus.
Please note: This position does not require participation in team meetings or case consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers when appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards
- Engage in continued professional development
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LP required)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Specialized experience with autism and ADHD populations strongly preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Comfort with using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Passion for trauma-informed, culturally competent care
