What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Operations Analyst position at Integral Privacy Technologies?
Company: Integral Privacy Technologies
Location: NYC or San Francisco (both M-Th in-office)
Team: Customer Solutions / AI Operations
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Healthcare data is among the most valuable, expansive, and regulated data in the world—spanning voice interactions, raw images, clinical notes, financial profiles, and more. This data underpins population health outcomes, research, reimbursement, and increasingly AI. But today's manual systems to process, optimize, and deploy this data are broken.
Our Agentic Data Operations Platform streamlines the full set of operations required to make sensitive data usable—from sourcing and compliance to governance and continuous delivery. Instead of relying on fragmented services and bespoke pipelines, enterprises use Integral to manage healthcare data end-to-end through a single, persistent platform.

This is a rare chance to join an early-stage AI compliance company at the ground floor—before the category is fully defined, and while the work you do directly shapes how AI and healthcare data governance evolves at some of the most important institutions in the country.
As an AI Operations Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of data quality, AI model integrity, and healthcare compliance. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, implementation leads, and product teams to ensure that our AI and data products perform with the accuracy and trustworthiness our customers depend on. Whether it's labeling unstructured medical data, QA-ing an AI output, or helping a health system validate a data pipeline, your work will have direct and visible impact.
- Data Labeling & Annotation — Label and annotate unstructured healthcare data (clinical notes, voice transcripts, images) to train and improve our AI/ML models. Your work directly determines model quality.
- AI/ML Product QA — Test and evaluate outputs from our AI products; identify edge cases, errors, and inconsistencies; and document findings clearly for engineering and product teams.
- Data Product QA — Perform quality checks across our data products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before customer delivery.
- Data Pipelines — Support customers by reviewing and validating their data pipelines, ensuring data flows are complete, accurate, and functioning end-to-end.
- Compliance Analysis — Analyze datasets for adherence to healthcare data regulations (HIPAA and related standards) and emerging AI compliance frameworks, flagging issues and collaborating to resolve them.
- Customer Implementation Support — Assist Implementation Leads on onboarding projects—coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Process & Documentation — Help build and refine internal playbooks, QA checklists, and labeling guidelines that the team can rely on as we scale.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) — recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Detail-oriented, with a genuine ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and gaps in data
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where processes are still being built
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll surface findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates
- Analytical mindset — you enjoy digging into datasets and thinking critically about what you're seeing
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfort working with data
- Collaborative and low-ego — happy to contribute wherever needed and learn from those around you
- An ownership mentality — you follow through, flag problems early, and don't wait to be told what to do next
