What Makes IPT Different:
- We’re a Protopian Practice – Our team believes in constant improvement, not perfection. We take an active approach to change and continuous growth by always asking, 'How can we be better?'
- We’re a Teaching Institution – We invest in learning and growth with structured mentorship, dedicated development time, peer collaboration, and continuing education. If you're a new grad, you'll be supported. If you're experienced, you’ll be a teacher and learner. As part of IPT, you’ll gain access to our extended network of physical therapists, academics, physicians, APTA partners, legislators, regulators, and insurers to expand your impact. We believe advocacy, education, and communication at all levels of care and policy help us create lasting, system-wide improvements in healthcare.
- We’re a Values-Centered Company – We hire teammates who align with our values and will contribute positively to our team culture. Kindness, integrity, and community aren't just words — they guide our decisions and shape our workplace.
- We Accept Medicaid — and Lead with Purpose - We proudly serve patients with most insurances, including Medicaid.
