We are looking for a scientifically curious and highly independent Research Scientist to join our growing Cell Surface Bio (CSB) team at Integral Molecular. CSB is a reagent antibody company that has grown out of Integral Molecular's antibody discovery service. This team transforms scientific discovery into commercially available antibody products, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and scientific integrity.
You will take ownership of high-impact internal projects to bring new products to market. This includes leading efforts from assay development and target discovery to new product design while collaborating across functions and mentoring junior scientists in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Lead internal projects focused on antibody product development including serving as the scientific lead for key initiatives involving antibody engineering to develop best in class reagents
- Design, execute, and optimize new assays for antibody validation and characterization
- Contribute to antibody and protein engineering designs in support of new product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help mentor junior scientists in the lab
- Play a key role in developing and launching new commercial antibody products
- PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Protein Engineering, or a related field
- Deep understanding of antibody structure, function and how immunoassays are used to assess specificity and activity
- Ideally, 2–3 years of post-doctoral experience (academic or industry)
- Familiarity with flow cytometry and/or antibody production
- Experience conducting high-throughput assays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring junior scientists
