WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Sell and service personal and commercial insurance products including auto, home, renters, business owners (BOP), general liability, and life insurance
- Prospect new clients and cross-sell existing accounts to grow your book of business
- Generate competitive quotes across multiple carriers
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and mid-term changes
- Guide clients through the claims process as a trusted advisor
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with carrier and state requirements
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and warm outbound opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that earns referrals and five-star reviews
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Active California P&C insurance license (required)
- 2 years of insurance sales or servicing experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and hit goals
- Basic computer and CRM skills (we'll train you on our systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States — proof of license and work eligibility required upon hire
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Pay: $23–$28 per hour
- Commission: Uncapped — the more you build, the more you earn
