Position Summary

Integral Forensics is seeking a Forensic Visualization Specialist to support the creation of visual documentation and demonstrative exhibits used in expert analysis, court presentations, and settlement discussions. This role involves processing and organizing inspection photography, preparing captioned photologs, modeling site conditions and structures in Blender (or similar tools), and assisting with the development of diagrams, reconstructions, and simple animations. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to translate real-world environments into clear, accurate visual materials.


  • Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)
  • Hours: Full-Time
  • Compensation: $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and edit inspection photography; create captioned photologs and site documentation.
  • Create 3D models, environments, and visual exhibits in Blender or comparable software. 
  • Assist in producing visual demonstratives, including annotated diagrams, schematics, and renderings for use in reports, mediations, and trials.
  • Perform basic compositing and image editing in Photoshop (or equivalent).
  • Work closely with engineers to translate technical opinions into clear, visual representations.
  • Retrieve historical satellite imagery and site condition reviews. 
  • Maintain structured file organization and version control (Box/Clio project structure).
  • Participate in team review sessions and revise work based on feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards. 
  • Assist with occasional office tasks such as mail handling, receiving deliveries, and coordinating equipment when working onsite.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Blender, Photoshop, or comparable 3D & image-editing tools.
  • Strong ability to visually explain environments, layouts, or physical conditions.
  • Prior experience with case review, legal document analysis, or discovery and deposition summary preparation. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working through revisions.
  • Strong written communication skills for captioning and visual explanation.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. 
  • Prior experience with case review, legal document analysis, or discovery and deposition summary preparation.
  • Hybrid role preferred (office in El Segundo, CA). 
  • Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Architecture, Engineering or related field (not required).
  • Portfolio: Portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling/CGI and visual communication skills.
