Overview The Exchange Administrator serves as the Microsoft Exchange and Server Management Engineer, which include the responsibilities of managing email accounts and supporting the transfer of data into the new network for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level. Responsibilities *
- The duties include planning and configuration of the Microsoft Exchange server.
- The duties include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all Email Administrator servers and applications. Qualifications Required: *
- AA/AS from an accredited college or university or substitute with 3 years experience with any one of the following IAT Level I (A CE, CND, Network CE, SSCP, CCNA Security) and CE/OS Certification;
- 7 years of related Exchange and Server Management experience;
- Microsoft Exchange certification required;
- SME in Microsoft technologies and solutions including but not limited to Windows Server 20XX/, Active Directory, Domain Controller, Azure, Office365, etc.
