About the Position
Integral Development Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team serving the Orlando metropolitan area.
We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our clinical team is committed to delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions that support meaningful progress for clients and their families.
The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs.
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment programs to support measurable progress.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Conduct intake and evaluation sessions with new clients and families.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary providers to coordinate care.
- Train caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies at home and in the community.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Ensure services follow ethical guidelines and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
- Active Medicaid Provider Number or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral data collection, and treatment planning.
- Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
