Company Description: Integral Components, Inc. is a local Westminster, MD company with over 30 years of stellar performance in the cable harness & small mechanical manufacturing sector. We build custom cables and assemblies based on the engineering designs of our customers, and range from very simple point-to-point coax cables to very complex aero harnesses and antenna assemblies. We also have machine shop capabilities which allows for custom manufacture of molds and metal pieces used in assemblies, or stand-alone metal parts for customer purchase. Role Description This full-time Assembly Technician role is an on-site position based in Westminster, MD. The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling cable and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Daily activities include reading and interpreting technical documentation, performing mechanical assembly, routing and terminating cables, and verifying that assemblies meet quality and safety standards. The role involves conducting visual and functional inspections, documenting results, and collaborating with production and quality teams to resolve issues. The Assembly Technician is expected to maintain an organized work area, follow all workplace safety protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
As an assembler, you will be working on a wide range of projects to support the build and testing of cables. Depending on experience and aptitude to learn our processing, you will move from simple, repetitive tasks like cutting, stripping, labeling and prepping wires to non-repetitive tasks like connector assembly, splicing, testing and soldering in accordance with detailed customer engineering schematics/drawings. Our goal is always to identify talented, willing and capable candidates in hopes of developing senior technicians who will be able to work independently and/or lead a small team of techs to produce high-quality, deadline-driven assembly projects.

Compensation:
- Starting salary $18-$20 hour with advancement opportunities for the right candidate. We are seeking permanent hire position only.
