Job Summary: The Mental Health Licensed Therapist - Crisis Intervention provides evidence-based, suicide-specific care grounded in the Zero Suicide framework. This community-based role supports individuals at high risk for suicide by completing assessments in inpatient, residential, and community settings; delivering crisis intervention; and ensuring smooth transitions from higher to lower levels of care. The therapist maintains close follow-up with clients, coordinates care across teams, and plays a key role in training staff and community partners in evidence-based suicide prevention and intervention practices.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education
Required:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Licensed Practitioner of LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Preferred:
- 2 or more years working in a crisis setting
- Bilingual in Spanish
