- To assess their psychiatric needs.
- To gather psychosocial history.
- To evaluate individual strengths, needs, and goals.
- To define and facilitate desired life outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage client crises when they arise.
- Identify potential service gaps and advocate with providers to ensure services are appropriate and adequate to clients' needs and preferences.
- Interested in working with adults with severe mental illness.
- Interested in learning more about clinical diagnosis.
- Interested in gaining clinical experience for advanced licensure.

- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Current and valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
