What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Supply Chain position at Integra?
The Vice President Supply Chain is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for setting strategy and driving operational excellence across the company’s end-to-end supply chain in support of manufacturing, products, and project execution.
This role leads and optimizes all areas of the supply chain, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and materials management, to ensure effective coordination and execution across complex, large-scale products and projects. The VP Supply Chain aligns supply chain capacity and capability with growth priorities to support scalability, improve quality and lead times, reduce risk, and strengthen cost efficiency.
Beyond day-to-day operations, the VP Supply Chain is responsible for building and scaling a world-class organization that supports long-term growth. This includes implementing best practices that meet current business needs while establishing scalable processes and a supply chain operating system for the future.

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive and scalable supply chain strategies and processes that support our manufacturing and construction operations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align supply chain capabilities with engineering, construction, and production timelines.
- Lead initiatives to improve supply chain agility, sustainability, and resilience across global operations.
- Develop and improve KPI’s such as OTIF, DOH, OTD, lead time variability/accuracy, capacity utilization vs. demand forecast and supplier performance (defect rates, supplier risk scores & issue resolution).
Operational Excellence
- Implement best practices to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) practices to optimize resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing supply chain processes.
SIOP & Demand Planning
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to develop accurate demand plans and scenario models.
- Drive cross-functional consensus on demand forecasts and supply plans to support strategic decision-making and customer fulfillment.
Supplier & Procurement Management
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies for both manufacturing and EPC needs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, JIT, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build a robust supplier network capable of supporting complex, multi-phase products.
Technology & Systems
- Lead the deployment and optimization of ERP and supply chain management systems tailored to manufacturing and EPC environments.
- Utilize advanced analytics, automation, and digital tools to enhance forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
Risk & Compliance
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including geopolitical, regulatory, and supplier-related challenges through development of strong contingency plans, supplier diversification and a resilient organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals across all supply chain activities.
Sustainable Supply Chain Management
- Integrate sustainability principles into sourcing, logistics, and supplier selection, prioritizing low-carbon, circular, and ethically sourced materials.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to environmental impact, including carbon footprint, waste reduction, and energy efficiency and/or partner with ESG and compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team with expertise in engineering, manufacturing, construction, and service.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, engineering or related field. MBA or Masters preferred.
- 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership within manufacturing environments.
- Proven success in managing complex supply chains across global operations supporting our various product lines.
- Strong knowledge of SIOP, demand planning, manufacturing processes, logistics, and procurement.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), supply chain analytics, and digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing/operations.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, PMP, CSCMP).
- Experience in managing global supplier networks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence in dynamic/fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Navigate ambiguity and pivot quickly in response to market shifts, customer demands, or product changes.
- Ability to guide large teams, recruit, develop, and retain top supply chain talent.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration through integrated processes (i.e. SIOP)
- Change champion – lead teams through organizational changes during periods of rapid growth.
