As Integra Mission Critical continues to expand its manufacturing footprint and enterprise digital systems, the Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence (BI) within the Enterprise Application Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that integrate seamlessly with Integra’s ERP and enterprise application ecosystem. The BI Specialist ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and aligned to strategic priorities—supporting performance visibility, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across functional areas.
Working collaboratively with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and IT, this role advances Integra’s data analytics maturity through scalable reporting frameworks, governance standards, and visual insights that drive action and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
BI Strategy & Governance
- Serve as the process owner for BI strategy, standards, and tools within the Enterprise Application CoE.
- Establish data and reporting governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and security protocols.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and maintain the BI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that advance organizational performance and transparency.
- Act as Change Control Board lead for BI software and process changes, coordinating cross-functional testing and approvals.
- Oversee testing and validation of software and security changes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Design, build, and maintain data models supporting ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into centralized BI platforms and data warehouses.
- Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient, accurate data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with ERP, IT, and Application teams to maintain data consistency, performance, and master data governance.
- Implement validation checks, audits, and performance tuning to maintain reliable, trusted data sources.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau.
- Partner with business leaders to translate operational data into visual insights that drive decisions and process improvements.
- Maintain enterprise-level scorecards and metrics that reflect performance against strategic goals.
- Ensure reports are intuitive, accurate, and scalable to meet evolving business needs.
- Standardize report templates, naming conventions, and version control across business units.
- Collaborate with ERP teams to align BI outputs with transactional data structures, workflows, and business rules.
- Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, and implementations to ensure BI compatibility and data continuity.
- Provide BI input into enterprise projects requiring data migration, automation, or reporting integration.
- Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues across the ERP and BI landscape.
- Educate business users and analysts on BI tools, self-service capabilities, and data literacy principles.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across all functions.
- Continuously identify and implement process and system improvements to increase BI efficiency, automation, and accessibility.
- Benchmark BI capabilities and tools to ensure alignment with best practices and emerging analytics technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in BI development, analytics, or data management—preferably supporting ERP or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and BI platforms such as Cognos, SAP BI, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with data governance, master data management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in developing standardized, scalable reporting solutions across multiple functions.
