Job Description The Field Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Integra Testing Services’ field operations by providing hands-on leadership to our team of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Technicians. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to technical standards while fostering technician development and supporting quality performance in the field. The Field Supervisor will serve as a technical resource, provide guidance on job sites, and assist in the successful completion of larger or more complex projects. You MUST have previous testing and balancing (TAB) experience, this knowledge adds great value to our clients and positions us as the experts in our field.

What You Will Be Doing
- You will be Supervising daily activities of field TAB Technicians across assigned projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for field-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Your position runs point on larger or more complex projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Monitor workload distribution and adjust assignments in coordination with scheduling and operations leadership.
- You will be supporting onboarding and training of new TAB Technicians, providing ongoing coaching and field-based skill development.
What We Are Looking for
- 5 years of hands-on TAB experience or HVAC systems with progressive responsibility in field operations.
- NEBB, AABC Certification, Testing and Balancing Certification (Technician or Supervisor Level) CP or TBE eligibility a plus.
- OHSA 30-hour certification preferred; must be able to enforce and model safety compliance.
