Qualifications
- Proficient in refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field
- Strong understanding of HVAC design and schematics
- Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with field service operations and appliance repair
- Ability to operate an ohmmeter and perform equipment repairs
- Valid driver's license for van operation and transportation of tools and equipment
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Provide exceptional field service, addressing customer concerns and performing appliance repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with construction teams on HVAC design and plumbing installations, ensuring efficient system integration.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs, and adhere to all licensing and regulatory requirements.
