Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow procedures and instructions for in process and final inspections
tolerances and specifications.
- Determine method of inspection and set up requirements on first article
- Has authority and is responsible for notifying management to stop a
- Maintain records of results using 1Factory system and prepare appropriate
- Follow Safety Rules
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years experience as inspector in a precision machining environment
- Knowledge and experience of blueprint and spec interpretation
- Experienced using all inspection hand gauging including: micrometers,
external thread gauges, ID/OD mics, bore gauges and etc.
- Computer experience documenting and plotting inspection data
- Capable of coordinating the inspection planning of a job
- Excellent organization and communication skills
