Job Duties:

· Pick & pack items according to order specifications using pick lists, invoices, scanners, or other systems

· Ensure accuracy in product selection, quantity, and labeling

· Prepare orders for shipping, including packaging and staging

· Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks

· Drive/stage work trucks at the loading dock when required

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, re-stock, rotate, and organize the patient-ready inventory daily

· Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment

· Assist with training new employees when required

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

· Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus

· Ability to read and interpret order sheets or electronic devices

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

· Lift and carry items up to 100 lbs. (or more depending on the job)

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
