Dispatcher (Evening Shift)

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, evening shift (start time between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

Integra Healthcare Equipment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate daily delivery and service operations for durable medical equipment, ensuring timely and efficient routing for our Service Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize daily routes for deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, and equipment maintenance
- Manage and communicate estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) for Service Technicians
- Provide real-time updates to technicians regarding route changes or service adjustments
- Monitor and confirm completion of all scheduled activities at the end of each day
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s dispatch and tracking systems
- Support efficient fleet utilization and ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior dispatch experience and/or relevant training required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
- Availability to work occasional weekends as required
