Integra Healthcare Equipment is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts within skilled nursing facilities and hospice agencies.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and passionate about improving patient care through innovative medical equipment solutions. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within an assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within skilled nursing facilities and hospice agencies across your assigned territory.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, meetings, and proposal development.
- Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and competitive pricing analyses tailored to client needs.
- Conduct in-service education and training for client staff on new and existing products, reimbursement processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with current customers to assess needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency in equipment rental programs.
- Grow existing accounts by introducing additional products that enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.
- Review and update service contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Work cross-functionally with billing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service.
- Represent Integra at trade shows, association meetings, and industry events to build brand awareness and stay informed on market trends.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities within the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- CRM experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales and account management experience preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, hospice, and/or durable medical equipment (DME) strongly preferred.
