Product Development Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, innovative, and results-driven Product Development Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products. This role focuses on executing engineering activities that ensure products are built efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and test procedures to optimize product build efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and refine products, recommending production methods and ensuring feasibility within procedural and budgetary constraints.
• Execute engineering activities for new and existing products, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to define product specifications, timelines, and unique features.
• Communicate project status, resource needs, and technical considerations to internal stakeholders.
• Review product reports and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, product design, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
