We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our team. This role is ideal for an engineer looking to continue developing technical and professional skills while contributing to the design and coordination of electrical systems across a range of projects. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of licensed engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $80,000 - $120,000. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
- Prepare layouts, schematics, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (experience with Revit is a plus)
- Perform electrical calculations, load analysis, and ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure accurate and integrated design solutions
- Support project documentation, specifications, and submittal reviews
- Participate in site visits, field observations, and project meetings as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and stay current with evolving technologies and industry practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 2–4 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred, or ability to obtain within one year
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
