As our brand continues to grow, we’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can bring that same level of craftsmanship to our content.

The Multimedia Designer will own visual storytelling at inTech. This role blends graphic design, video production, and editing to create content that doesn’t just look good—but connects. This person will be someone who can think creatively, execute at a high level, and take an idea from concept to finished product without handholding.

Specific Job Responsibilities would include:

• Design bold, high-quality graphics for social, web, email, print, and internal use
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content—product walkthroughs, service videos, brand stories, and event coverage
• Turn everyday moments into engaging content that reflects the inTech brand
• Own projects from start to finish - concept → shoot → edit → final delivery
• Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all platforms
• Capture content at events, rallies, product shoots, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Build and manage a clean, organized library of photo and video assets
• Stay ahead of trends in content, video, and social—and know what works

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years of experience in graphic design and video production/editing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Solid understanding of video production (lighting, audio, framing, camera operation)
• Experience creating content for social platforms (you know what stops the scroll—and what doesn’t)
• Strong visual eye with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without constant oversight
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience working with product brands or in a manufacturing environment
• Drone videography experience (FAA certification a plus)

Salary position with profit sharing bonus places overall compensation between $60k-95K first year. Compensation rates may vary based on skill set and experience level.
