INTECH SYSTEMS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, a growing hospitality telecommunications company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Office Manager in its Columbia, SC office.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
*Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office, overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining a positive work professionalism
*Administrative support
*Manage and coordinate office operations including maintaining and ordering general office supplies, scheduling meetings and travel, maintaining records and preparing correspondence
*Collaborates with and maintains good communication skills as point of contact with both internal and external clients
*Financial Management, including budget management, expense tracking and vendor invoice processing
Required Skills
*QuickBooks software
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Essential Skills
*Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
*Exceptional attention to detail
