Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in insurance, risk management or consulting?
INTECH is growing its U.S. team and is looking for an organized, curious and motivated Coordinator to join our team in Nashville.
This is an entry level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance industry from the ground up while working alongside experienced professionals on real client engagements.
You do not need years of experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, strong with details and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will support the Lender Insurance Services team with the day-to-day coordination and administration that keeps client work moving.
You will:
· Support the team with client and project coordination
· Track assignments, deadlines, outstanding information and follow ups
· Gather and organize insurance policies, certificates, schedules and other client documentation
· Assist with reviewing incoming information for completeness
· Communicate with clients, lenders, borrowers, brokers and other stakeholders to obtain required information
· Maintain accurate client and project files
· Support the preparation of reports and client deliverables
· Assist with spreadsheets, trackers, invoicing and internal systems
· Help keep projects organized and moving efficiently
· Support broader team initiatives as the U.S. business continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you are:
· A recent graduate or early career professional
· Graduating from a program in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance or a related field
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· A strong communicator, both written and verbal
· Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities
· Professional and responsive when working with clients and external partners
· Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
· Interested in commercial insurance, risk management and consulting
· Eager to learn and build technical insurance knowledge
· Someone who takes initiative and follows through
Nice to Have
Experience is not required, but any of the following would be an asset:
· Internship, co-op or coursework related to insurance or risk management
· Exposure to commercial insurance
· Experience working with spreadsheets, data or financial information
· Customer service or professional office experience
· Interest in pursuing an insurance or risk management designation
