In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and oversee all warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of inspiring teams, optimizing processes, and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
- Drive operational excellence by meeting or exceeding Safety, Quality, and Cost Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure products and services meet company and customer standards.
- Conduct performance reviews, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements to sustain KPI targets.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, and timely distribution of goods.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and verify documentation for accuracy (orders, receipts, deliveries).
- Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, health and safety standards, and maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify and address safety or operational issues.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, and customers to support operational needs.
Requirements for the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in fulfillment and distribution operations within a warehouse environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Physically able to lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Proven ability to ensure OSHA compliance and conduct safety inspections and training
