Job Summary:
Intazza is looking to hire a full-time barista with 1-3 years of experience in the trade. Primary responsibilities include creating Intazza Coffee recipes with a traditional espresso machine while following the company’s vision. Customer service is key in this position at all times. We will be paying a fair wage plus TIPS. Displaying great attributes of respect is very important. Overall, we are looking for a people person who is capable of managing restaurant speed and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer orders
- Make all drinks to Intazza Standards and recipes
- Greet and Acknowledge customers as they walk through the door and engage in conversations while at the register.
- Always smile.
- Don’t argue with customers
- Charge customers correctly. Always repeat their order back to them to make sure you have it correct.
Salary : $17 - $18
