💼 They're a well-funded Construction Tech SaaS business with a proven product that's helping large construction companies manage complex projects more effectively.

💼 Their platform combines site cameras with cloud software, giving project teams real-time visibility into construction progress to reduce delays, improve collaboration and minimise project risk.

💼 They operate across multiple international markets and work with major enterprise construction businesses delivering large infrastructure and commercial projects.

💼 They're now entering an exciting growth phase and investing heavily in building out their global go-to-market function.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞...❓

💼 This is an opportunity to become the company's first dedicated Product Marketing hire, building the Product Marketing function from the ground up.

🚀 You'll own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, sales enablement and competitive positioning while working closely with executive leadership across Product, Sales and Marketing.

💼 You'll also play a key role in major strategic projects, including a website overhaul, AI-powered Product Marketing workflows and helping shape the company's long-term GTM strategy.

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧❓

💰 Compensation: $130K–$160k-ish Base Equity (Can be higher depending on experience)

📍 Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office) with occasional international travel.

🧠 Someone with B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience who has owned Product Marketing initiatives end-to-end.

✅ Someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders and wants genuine ownership in a scaling business.
