The role
๐Own and scale Google Ads; pilot influencer / podcast / community distribution
๐Run a rapid test-and-learn engine and tie spend โ pipeline (HubSpot/Looker or equivalents)
S๐tart as a player-coach and hire 1โ2 ICs after proving CAC/LTV
๐Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and PMM
Youโll bring
โ Solid experience in growth marketing/performance marketing with budget ownership
โ Proven attribution to SQLs/Ops/Revenue
โ Track record launching at least one new scalable channel beyond paid search
