The role
🚀Own and scale Google Ads; pilot influencer / podcast / community distribution
🚀Run a rapid test-and-learn engine and tie spend → pipeline (HubSpot/Looker or equivalents)
S🚀tart as a player-coach and hire 1–2 ICs after proving CAC/LTV
🚀Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and PMM
You’ll bring
âś…Solid experience in growth marketing/performance marketing with budget ownership
âś…Proven attribution to SQLs/Ops/Revenue
âś…Track record launching at least one new scalable channel beyond paid search
