Intalex is partnered with a rapidly growing consumer fintech app thatโs helping everyday people access curated investment strategies through a simple, mobile-first investing platform.
They are now hiring their first dedicated Paid Social Manager to own paid social end-to-end and become a key driver of user growth.

๐ผ First Paid Social Manager in the business, owning strategy execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit (and testing new channels)
๐ฐ Base from $80kโ$130k (depending on experience) performance-based bonus competitive equity (flexible for top-tier profiles)
๐ Very hands-on across pixels, events, creative testing, reporting, forecasting and fast experimentation
๐ผ Partner closely with Content, Product, Engineering and Compliance to drive efficient, scalable user growth
๐ NYC hybrid: 4 days per week in the office
๐ง Who This Role Suits
๐ง Experience in paid social / performance / growth marketing for B2C companies (DTC, consumer apps or consumer fintech)
โ Deep in-platform experience with Meta (plus at least one of TikTok/YouTube/Reddit), owning budgets and CAC targets
โ Strong on pixels, events and attribution, and able to turn performance data into both creative insights and real business outcomes (not just CTRs)
