About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused In-Home Caregivers to

provide high-quality support to individuals who need assistance with daily living

activities. As a caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and

overall quality of life.

This role is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and passionate about making

a meaningful difference in others’ lives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Personal Care & Daily Living

 Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming,

dressing, toileting, and hygiene.

 Provide safe mobility support including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.

 Support clients with meal preparation, feeding (if needed), and encouraging

proper nutrition.

Companionship & Support

 Offer emotional support, friendly conversation, and companionship to reduce

isolation.

 Engage clients in activities such as reading, games, light exercise, or hobbies.

Household Assistance

 Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, dishes, tidying, and

maintaining a safe environment.

 Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and household organization.

Health & Safety Monitoring

 Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition.

 Follow established care plans and communicate with supervisors or family

members as needed.

 Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment for the client.

 Remind clients of medications (no administration unless certified).

Documentation & Communication

 Maintain accurate daily shift notes and report concerns promptly.

 Follow company protocols, HIPAA standards, and client confidentiality

requirements.

Qualifications

 High school diploma or GED preferred.

 Prior experience as a caregiver, personal care worker, CBRF caregiver, or CNA a

plus

 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

 Ability to lift, transfer, or assist clients as needed (up to ? lbs depending on client

needs).

 Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability.

 Must pass background check and meet state-required caregiver compliance

standards.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
